Refund Policy

General Policy

Ceramore provides customized interior and exterior solutions, and each project is handled uniquely. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions based on the stage and scope of work completed. Clients are advised to review project details, quotations, and design proposals before making any payments.

Consultation Fees
Non-Refundable Consultation Charges

All consultation and design planning fees are non-refundable. These charges cover our professional time, expertise, and the personalized recommendations provided during meetings or site visits.

Advance Payments / Deposits
Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins

If a project is canceled before procurement, labor allocation, or design work starts, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation costs.

Non-Refundable After Work Commences

Once materials have been ordered or on-site work has begun, advance payments become non-refundable.

  • Material orders placed

  • Labor assigned

  • Design work initiated

Product and Material Refunds
Customized Materials – No Refund

Materials that are specially sourced, cut, or customized cannot be refunded once processed.

Replacement for Defective Materials

If a verified manufacturing defect is found, Ceramore will coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Conditions for Replacement
  • The defect must be reported immediately

  • Verification by our team is required

  • Supplier approval must be obtained

What Is Not Considered a Defect
  • Natural color variations

  • Texture differences

  • Change of preference

Design or Execution Issues
Reporting Concerns

Clients should inform us promptly if any issue arises so we can take corrective action.

Possible Resolutions
  • Rectification or changes (if feasible)

  • Adjustments within approved design limits

  • Service credits in rare, exceptional cases

Important Note

Refunds cannot be offered for dissatisfaction after design approval or project completion.

  • Changing the design preference after approval

  • Disliking the outcome after completion

Why These Are Not Refundable

All work is customized and executed based on approved designs, making reversal or refund impractical.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the banking system.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Delays caused by client approvals or design changes

  • Work completed as per approved designs and specifications

  • Customized product orders once processed or delivered

  • Miscommunication due to incomplete client information

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Budget changes after the project has started
