Refund Policy

General Policy
  • All services offered by Ceramore are customized and project-specific.

  • As such, refunds are considered only under specific conditions, based on the stage and scope of work completed.

  • We encourage our clients to carefully review project details, quotations, and design proposals before making payments.

 
 Consultation Fees
  • All consultation or design planning fees are non-refundable.

  • These fees cover our time, professional expertise, and customized design recommendations shared during consultations or site visits.

 
 Advance Payments / Deposits
  • Clients are typically required to make an advance payment to confirm project commencement.

  • If a client cancels the project before any procurement, labor, or design work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation costs.

  • Once materials have been ordered or work has started on-site, the advance payment becomes non-refundable as these costs are immediately incurred.

Product and Material Refunds
  • As most materials and products are specially ordered, cut, or customized for each project:

  • Refunds cannot be offered once materials have been purchased or processed.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue identified and verified by our team, we will coordinate with the supplier to provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to the client.

 Design or Execution Issues
  • If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage immediate communication.

  • Ceramore will review the concern promptly and, where applicable, offer:

  • Rectification or modification work (if feasible).

  • Service credits or partial adjustments in exceptional circumstances, based on management’s discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences after project approval or completion.

 
 Mode of Refund (if applicable)
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the banking channel.

 

 Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project confirmation.

  • Delays caused by client-side approvals, design changes, or external factors.

  • Work completed as per approved designs and specifications.

  • Customized product orders (tiles, furniture, décor, etc.) once processed or delivered.

 

Legal and Compliance
  • This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, particularly the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable trade and commercial practices.

  • Ceramore reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • All changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
